Balkan Academy

Registration for the JCI Balkan Academy 2026:

1. All delegates must complete the registration form and pay the full registration fee for the registration period.
2. Registration for the JCI Balkan Academy is open to all JCI Members.
3. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the registration fee and required documents by the Conference Organizing Committee.

Registration in advance:

1. Advance registration will help avoid delays during on-site registration.
2. In order to take advantage of advance registration, payment must be received by the specified deadline for registration.
3. After the advance registration deadline (early bird), the full registration fee will be required.

Cancellations and Refunds:

1. Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:
   • By the early registration deadline: 100% refund;
   • Up to 30 days before the Academy: 50% refund;
   • Up to 10 days before the Academy: 25% refund;
   • 10 days or less before the Academy: 0% refund (except for extraordinary circumstances such as illness or death of a close relative, in which case 75% of the registration fee will be refunded).
2. An administrative fee will be withheld by the organizers from all refunds, except early registration refunds, and any bank transfer fees charged by banks will be borne by the participant.

Making payment:

1. All registration fees must be paid in EUR currency.
2. Participants are responsible for any bank charges associated with payment.

Visa Invitation Letter:

1. Delegates requiring a visa invitation letter should send a request to the COC Team, providing the necessary information: full name as it appears in the passport, date of birth, country of origin, passport number, date of issue of passport, passport expiry date, country of residence, telephone number, and email address.
2. The registration fee must be paid in full to receive the invitation letter. No exceptions will be made.
